Interesting facts

Kristin lived in Kansas City, Missouri, for most of her life. There, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development from the University of Central Missouri, followed by a Master’s in Special Education from Northwest Missouri State. She also holds a Specialist degree in School Administration with an emphasis on Elementary Education.

With 17 years as a special education teacher, Kristin brings a lot of empathy, patience, and advocacy skills to her work as a Realtor®. She listens carefully, meets people where they are, and knows how to break down complex information in a way that’s easy to understand. She stays calm under pressure and finds creative solutions when things don’t go as planned. All qualities that help her guide clients through the ups and downs of buying a home.

Kristin moved to Indianapolis in 2021 and quickly grew to love the atmosphere, the community, and the food. While she remains a loyal Kansas City Chiefs fan, she’s proud to cheer for the Indiana Pacers too.

When she’s off-duty from teaching and real estate, you might find Kristin taking a quick nap, working out, taking a Zumba class, exploring new restaurants (she’s a self-proclaimed wing connoisseur), reading, spending time with friends and family, or embracing new challenges. Kristin thrives on trying new things and, with the grace of God, giving up is never an option for her.
